Mohamed Elagamy is a Senior Programme Director and AI strategist with over 24 years of technology delivery experience across the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He founded Oxon AI Advisory Ltd to bring delivery-grade rigour to AI strategy engagements — closing the gap between advisory outputs and production outcomes.
Mohamed has led multi-million-dollar digital transformations for some of the region's most complex organisations, including Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Saudi Electricity Company, and global financial institutions. At IBM in London, he served as Quantum Client Delivery Lead and IBM Quantum Ambassador, directing strategic engagements at the intersection of AI, high-performance computing, and emerging technology.
He holds the Programme Management Professional (PgMP®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certifications from PMI — among fewer than 5,000 PgMP holders globally — as well as PRINCE2® Practitioner status. He is currently completing the AI-Driven Business Transformation Executive Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
The firm's approach is shaped by one belief: strategy without delivery is just a document. Oxon AI exists to close that gap.
End-to-end capability across the data-to-value lifecycle — delivered as standalone services or fully integrated transformation programmes.
